Butterscotch Candy

Instructions

1. Heat a pan and mix sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, salt, vinegar and water.
2. Dissolve the sugars on high heat. Keep stiring.
3. Bring it to boil until the soft ball stage. Add butter and boil till the hard ball stage.
4. Add vanilla stir and remove immediately.
5. Fill the mixture in candy foil. Cool for an hour and the butterscotch candy is ready to eat.
