In a pan, melt 3 tbsp butter. Add and dissolve 1/3 cup brown sugar. In a bowl, beat egg and mix 1 tbs vanilla, 1/3 cup flour, 3/4 tbs baking powder,1/3 tbs salt, 1 cup chopped nuts, and 1 cup dried fruits. Spread the dough into an 8x8 inch pan. Bake at 350 F for 20 min.
