Seaside Shrimp Scampi
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, combine 1  to 2 tablespoons sliced green onion,  1 teaspoon grated lemon rind, 1  tablespoons fresh lemon juice,  teaspoon salt, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1/3 cup melted butter. 
2. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is hot and bubbly.  
3. Reduce the heat to medium and add  pound peeled and deveined shrimp.  
4. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes, or until shrimp turns pink.  
5. Add 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley and  teaspoon hot sauce.  Toss gently.  
6. Serve over 4 to 8 oz. hot, cooked angel hair pasta.  Garnish with lemon slices and fresh sprigs of parsley.
