2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. cabernet vinegar
1 teaspoon cumin seed, slightly ground and toasted
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 cup olive oil (approximate measure)
1/4 cup minced red onion
2 Tbsp. thinly shaved chives
