Combine all ingredients. Blend slightly, to desired consistency. Place in non-metal, non-reactive storage container, cover tightly and refrigerate overnight, allowing flavors to blend.

5 peeled and diced tomatoes
1 chopped cucumber
1 each red, yellow, and green pepper chopped
1 chopped red onion
1 chopped serrano pepper
3 tbs red wine vinegar
1 cup cabernet sauvignon
1 tbs each chopped cilantro, parsley, and basil
tobasco sauce to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
