Easy Greek Dip

Yields: 10 servings. Ingredients: 2 cups plain low fat yogurt, 1 (12 oz.) jar roasted pepper, drained and chopped; 1/4 cup feta cheese; 2 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped; 1 tsp. Greek seasoning; 1 tsp. minced garlic. Preparation Directions: Line a fine mesh strainer with a coffee filter. Place strainer over a bowl. Spoon in yogurt and let stand 15 minutes. Spoon yogurt into a medium bowl and discard liquid. -Pat peppers dry with paper towels. In a large bowl stir together yogurt, peppers, feta, dill, Greek seasoning, and garlic. -Refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with Wonton Chips.
