Winter Green Pasta With Italian Sausage.
Instructions
1. Slice the green leaf kale .
2. Boil the pasta for about 5-6 minutes.
3. In a frying pan,put some olive oil and fry the sausage.Add the onion ,chili fleakes,a little salt and the garlic.
4. Add the slice kale and the tomatoes.sprinkle it with salt. Add the vinegar and the pasta water.
5. reduce the heat.
6. Drain the pasta and put it to the fan with the sauce. Top it with a parmesan cheese and the toasted peanuts.
