True Blood Pasta With Beef Neck Sauce

Instructions

1. Put the 3 pound of neck bone with the onion in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes.
2. Pour 3-4 cups of tomato sauce to the cooked neck bone and add a cup of water then shimmer it until the beef is already fall out to the bone.
3. Remove all the bones.
4. Add the red chili flakes and the chopped green herbs or you can use a parsley.
5. Boil the penne pasta and drain it after it is already cook.
6. Pour the prepared beef neck sauce to the pasta and top it with a cheese.
7. Enjoy and serve.
