Thai Vegetable Noodles Part 1

Instructions

1. In a cooking pot, boil enough water to cook the rice noodle.
2. Break off the ends of the asparagus.Slice the red pepper. Chopped the onion and remove the water in in the chestnut can.
3. In a fan, put a little sesame oil. Put all the vegetable ingredients: the slice asparagus ends,red pepper,chopped onions,chestnuts,smokies and carrots.
4. Drain the rice noodle and keep it to steam for a few minutes.
5. For the sauce,mix up a 2 tsp of cornstarch,1/2 cup of coconut milk,1/2 cup of sauce and water, 1/4 cup of peanut butter,2 tbsp of rice wine vinegar,thai chili sauce and minced ginger into a bowl.
