Thai Pineapple Chicken Curry
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix 1 can coconut milk and 1/4 cup red curry paste
2. Boil the mixture in a pot and put the chicken strips, 1 can bamboo shoots, 1 can coconut milk, 1/4 cup sugar
and fish oil
3. Wait until the chicken is cooked then add chopped pineapples red and green pepper chopped, chopped
onion
