Simple Sausage & Mushroom Pizza With Smoky Gouda Cheese

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Cook onion in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 5 minutes.
3. Add mushrooms and Italian seasoning.
4. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until mushrooms give up their juices and juices evaporate, stirring frequently.
5. Meanwhile, combine pizza sauce and vinegar.
6. Then spread over pizza crust. Cut sausage into 1/4 inch slices on the bias and arrange over pizza.
7. Spread mushroom mixture over pizza and top with cheese.
8. Place pizza directly on oven rack or on a cookie sheet.
9. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
