Shrimp Toasts
Instructions
1. Clean and peel the shrimp. Mix together the shrimp, egg, scallions, ginger, baking powder, flour and oil. Add salt and wine. Then make into a paste.
2. Cut bread into 4 sections each slice and spread on the shrimp paste. Heat oil to 300 degrees in a deep pan.
3. Fry toast with shrimp side down, for 2 minutes. Turn over and fry other side for 30 seconds more.
4. Remove, drain and serve hot or cold.
