Shrimp In Garlic Sauce
Instructions
1. Marinate shrimp in soy sauce, sherry and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch for 30 minutes.
2. Saute 1 green onion and 1 garlic clove in oil for 1 minute.
3. Add marinated shrimp; stir-fry 3 minutes.
4. Add garlic and chicken stock; cover, simmer 5 minutes.
5. Thicken sauce with remaining cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water.
6. Garnish with remaining onion.
