Rum Butter Balls

Instructions

Mix everything aside from the icing and form into small balls.
Bake for 25 minutes,
Coat each balls with icing sugar.

1-3/4 cup cake & pastry flour
3/4 cup chopped pecans
6 oz. chocolate chips
3/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 Tbsp rum or 1 tsp rum extract 2 tsp water
icing sugar for coating
