Instructions
Yields: 3 dozen
Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
36 small strawberries, hulled and cut in half
36 blueberries
Preparation Directions:
~ In a mixing bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until well blended. Add sugar and vanilla until well mixed. Add flour and stir until mixed.
~ Shape the mixture into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets 2-inches apart. Make a small dent in the top of each cookie and carefully place blueberry and strawberry half, cut side down,, iin each indentation.
~ Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.
