Pulled Chicken Sandwiches

Instructions

1. Remove excess fat from chicken
2. Dry rub with garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt and cumin
3. Cook on grill until mostly done
4. Pull apart chicken with forks
5. Add garlic and onion to oil in pot
6. Add garlic powder, cayenne pepper
7. Add BBQ sauce
8. Cover and simmer for 1 hour
9. Serve on burger buns while hot
