Potato Fry / Podimas

Instructions

1. Boil potatoes with turmeric and salt.
2. Peel skin and mash them and keep aside.
3. Heat some oil in a pan and put the mustard.
4. When they crackle put urad dal, channa dal, hing, turmeric, curry leaves, red chillies, ginger, lemon juice, salt and the mashed potatoes.
5. Allow it to cook for a few minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
