Pork Fried Rice

Instructions

In low heat add pork fat into 2 tablespoons oil. Render down fat for 30 minutes and remove rendered pork.
Heat wok on high. Add 2 scrambled egg. Cook until 50% done then add 3 cups cooked rice. Scrape off egg from bottom of wok. Add pork and soy sauce to taste. Cook until done then add green onion and a dash of sesame oil
