Pork Bone And Potato Soup
Instructions
Step One:
Soak the bones in cold water for 2 hours. Discard the water.
Put the bones into a big pot and cover with fresh water, then boil it for 5 to 10 minutes.
Discard water rinse bones, cover with water. Add the all ingredients from the Stock Vegetables section. Slow boil for 2 hours. Add water as needed.
Boil potatoes until almost cooked. After they cool, peel the skin off.
Step Two:
Remove Stock Vegetables.
Add the potatoes and the sauce.
Boil it until the potatoes completely cooked.
Adjust seasoning (taste for salt).
Add the Suk-gat, perilla leaves, green chilies, and cabbage leaves.
Add 1 tbsp ground kkaennip seeds.
After cooking I decided that more spice was needed. So what I wrote is what I should have used.
