Peppercorn Sirloin Steak

Instructions

1. Rub the beef with olive oil, sea salt and peppercorns and brown it in a skillet for 4-5 minutes till it gets very smoky.
2. Remove the beef and let it rest.
3. In the same skillet, saute mushrooms and add beef broth, heavy cream, tarragon, butter.
4. Now add the beef to the skillet.
5. Let the sauce coat the beef and serve it.
