Instructions

Add eggs in the bowl with sugar, mix immediately for few minutes, add orange blossom aroma, 1 pinch of salt and milk. Mix.

Little by little add the flour don't stop mixing the preparation.

Peel pear, cut in 4 and take away the seeds. Cut in large cubes and add in the bowl with flour preparation.

Prepare the cake tin, put inside the cooking paper and few pinches of flour, then add the dough and the butter dices on. Cook in the oven 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Enjoy cool!
