Pasta Primavera Spring Vegetable Pasta

Instructions

1. Cut the onion into a length twice cut and slice it and rinse it in a cold water .
2. Mix the freshly shucked peas and the sugar snap peas into a bowl.
3. Chopped the zucchini thoroughly.
4. Slice the jalapeno and the asparagus.
5. Boil the basil until a smooth texture of it was arrived.
6. Put the basil in a bowl,put a half cup of an olive oil and two cloves of garlic.
7. Blend and mix it into a blender.
8. Now in a Large Non Stick Fry Pan - brown the onions in the olive oil with the celery for about five minutes.
9. Reduce the heat and add the garlic - cook a further 2 - 3 minutes.
10. Add the wine, pepper, mushrooms, peas, beans and brocolli and stir over a medium heat for two minutes.
11. Season with salt and pepper.
12. Meanwhile - bring a Large Saucepan of salted water to the boil and throw in your pasta - roughly two minutes for fresh pasta or follow the instructions on the packet if you're using dried.
13. Drain the pasta and throw in the sauce - tossing well.
14. Pile into a large Earthenware or serve into warm Pasta Bowls and garnish with your fresh herbs and a good sprinkle of parmesan.
