Pasta Abruzzesi

Instructions

1. Cook the pasta and heat olive oil in a hot pan.
2. Saute the onion.
3. Add the bacon when the onion started to sweat.
4. Cook it for 5 minutes.
5. Add 1 cup of chicken stock, sweet dried basil, a little bit ground pepper.
6. Cook in medium heat until it start to thicken out.
7. Add the cheese and keep on stirring it.
8. Mix the sauce, pasta, and parmesan cheese.
