Instructions
Filling:
24 ounces of cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup sugar
5 eggs (room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream (room temperature)
Crust:
6 tablespoons butter
1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
optional (2 Tablespoons sugar)
Topping:
2 pounds strawberries
1/3 cup sugar or 1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup orange juice
1 Tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
3 Tablespoons Grand Marnier
***note... I had to double the cornstarch and grand marnier... adding it 2 times.
Baked in a 9 inch spring-form pan
