Moroccan Spring Rolls
Instructions
Cook the meat, put the cilantro, parsley, and garlic cloves in a small chopper until the leaves are fine, then add the rest of the ingredients to the meat and simmer for a few minutes until the excess liquid is absorbed. Set aside to cool. Once cool, add the meat to the egg rolls. Place the egg roll wrapper with the corner towards you. Place the meat (about 2 TBS) in the corner, roll up to look like a small envelope, tucking in the sides. Seal with the beaten egg. Finally, fry until golden brown.
