Mango Rice

Instructions

1. Peel Mango skin and grate it. Next keep a big pan put oil, mustart, chana dal, urad dal, ginger grated, sliced green chillies, curry leaves, hing , Turmeric powder, salt to taste,
2. Then add grated mango into the mix and fry until color turns to soft.(3minutes) close the lid.(No water added). 3. Finally garnish with coriander leaves and mix it with cooked basmathi rice and serve it.
