Katsudon (tonkatsu Deep Fried Pork And Egg Bowl)

Instructions

Season the meat on both sides with salt and pepper and dredge into flour.
Dip in egg.
Dredge in panko breading.
Pan fry till golden brown.
Set aside.
For the sauce you will need: 1 medium white onion sliced 1 stalk onion leek sliced thinly 1 teaspoon brown sugar 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup mirin left over egg from breading
Simmer in low heat the mirin, soy sauce, onions, leeks and brown sugar.
When it starts to boil add in d egg. Swirl the pan a bit to cook the egg without breaking it.

In a bowl put some steaming rice, slice d pork chops and top over it. Lastly pour over the sauce and serve.
