Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Take a 10 inch pie plate or pan and spray it with non-stick cooking spray
Mix all ingredients together until well blended
Pour mixture into prepared pie plate or pan
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and the center has set up
Remove and let cool
Refrigerate leftovers
