Guacamole For One

Instructions

1. Remove pulp from skin and place in a bowl, add chopped onion, jalapeno peppers (remove seeds and pulp), chili pepper, minced garlic, salt, pepper, cilantro, lime juice and mash everything.
2. Place a avoccado pit in the bowl. cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
3. Pit helps to prevent discoloration.
4. Serve it with your favorite chips or tortillas.
