Blend in a blender until fully combined and smooth. If it is too thick, add 1/8 to 1/4 cup fruit juice such as Nakeds Black and Blueberry Rush or your grapefruit juice and blend until your desired consistency.

8oz Soy or Regular Yogurt (Plain or flavored is fine, depending on how sweet you like your smoothie)
4 frozen strawberries
1 banana
1-2 scoops Whey or Soy protein mix (depending on mixing instructions and amount of protein you need)
additional fruit as enjoyed  I like a cornucopia of ingredients so I add 1/4 cup each blueberries, frozen cranberries (the smoothie is not so smooth with these added), melon.
