Fruit Cake
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 10 inch round cake pan.
Combine the flour, soda bicarbonate, baking powder in a large bowl. Continue to whip, while gradually adding condensed milk, butter, sugar, vanilla and milk or water. Blend all the ingredients. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Frost the cake with whipped cream or your favorite white frosting.
