Flank Steak

Instructions

1. In a cutting board, put the flank steak and slice in a diamond patter to allow the marinate to penetrate.
2. Pour over the mixture of Soy sauce, chili flakes, garlic, sesame oil and lime juice. Marinate for 2-4 hours.
3. Take it to the grill and season with salt and pepper. Let it sizzle for 4-5 minutes.
4. Transfer and let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting it.
