Crumbed Chicken Snackies

Instructions

Process chicken meat in a food processor until meat has been reduced to crumbs. Add garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs and eggs to the bowl and process until a smooth, dough-like paste forms.
Form tablespoon sizes lumps of mixture into patties. Coat each patty in flour, egg then breadcrumbs.
Shallow fry crumbed patties for 2-3 minutes each side or until coating is golden and crisp. Transfer to a plate lined with absorbent kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
Serve immediately with dipping sauces.
