Cranberry Orange Bread
Instructions
1. Cream butter and sugar. 
2. Add egg and vanilla
3. Add orange juice and peel
4. Combine the dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture.
5. Fold in cranberries. 
6. Pour into a greased 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pan.
7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 65 minutes 
8. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
