Instructions
1. Pour the flour into a clean area. Make a hole and form it like a volcano shape.
2. Add the egg (only the egg yolk ) into the flour. Make it sure that the egg does not spill . Maintain the volcano shape to avoid spillage.
3. Put some olive oil and mix it well.
4. Put a little bit of salt and again mix it until a beautiful yellow colored dough is made.(mash it with your hand)
5. Make the dough relax for a few minutes.
6. Sprinkle a little amount of flour to the area and rolled the dough to make it flat.
7. Slice it in your on choice.
8. Boil the slice pasta in a less amount of heat.
9. Drain it.
