1) Combine all ingredients.
2) Press into a baking pan.
3) Pop into the fridge for about 2 hours.
4) Cut into little squares.

2 Cups Icing Sugar, sifted (Powdered Sugar)
1/4 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar (found in baking aisle of supermarket)
1 Can (395g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 1/2 Cups Descicated Coconut
3-4 Drops of Red Food Colouring
