Ingredients:
8 egg yolks
4 cups milk
1/4 cup cornstarch
6 Tablespoons sugar
8 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate
4 Tablespoons butter (salted butter)
1 and 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 Tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla or whiskey
chocolate shavings if desired for decoration
