Chocolate Cream Dessert

Instructions

-Place cream and vanilla pod in a heavy bottom pan.
-Scald the cream/ vanilla over medium heat.
-Remove from the heat and whisk in gelatine and sugar.
-Let cream mixture cool slightly, then pour 1/3 over choco chips.
-Once choc chips have melted whisk and add remaining cream.
-Whisk to mix completely.
-Let cool then place in fridge for 1 1/2 hours to set.
-With a stand mixer whip on high for 45 seconds
-pipe into serving bowl.
