Chocolate Covered Saltine Crackers
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
Line cookie sheet with foil and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray. 
Place 40 saltine , salty side up, on cookie sheet. 
In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. 
Remove from heat and pour over crackers. 
Bake in oven for 5 - 6 minutes. 
Remove from oven and pour chocolate morsels over the crackers. 
As the morsels begin to melt, use a knife to evenly spread over the crackers. 
Sprinkle toffee, nuts and candy sprinkles on top. 
Place in refrigerator to cool completely. 
Remove from foil and break into pieces to serve.
