Instructions
1. In a large bowl place the chicken and add the onion, sage, pepper and sea salt. Mix them well
2. Add the breadcrumb. Mix them well
3. In a different plate place flour, paprika and parsley
4. Make patties from the chicken add coat it with the flour mixture
5. Medium heat, Fry the chicken patty. 5 minutes each side until golden brown
6. Prepare the bun, leaf lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise with the patty. Serve.
