1. Fry first your sausage and then set aside.
2. Medium heat butter pan and wisk one large egg in a bowl.
3. Pour the egg into pan. Lay the sausages accross the egg.
4. Place also the cheese on top of the egg. Roll the egg up and the remaining cheese place it on top.
5. Add some parsley and pepper on top of the egg
6. Cover for 1 minute in the frying pan.
7. Serve it on a bun
