Sugar syrup:
To prepare sugar syrup: Mix half kg of sugar into half litter of boiling water
Heat the mixture till the syrup thickens. Stir in between.
Check the sugar syrup by your thumb and first finger, and wait until it trickles as one string (called Ek-tar-ki-chashani), off the flame.
Mix the boondi in heated sugar syrup.
Leave it for half hour to cool-down and boondi will become soft by absorbing sugar syrup.
Mix cardamom powder and melon seed with boondi when its on normal temperature.
Now take the boondi in one palm, using the pressure from other fingers on other hand.
Apply even pressure to make a ball.
Dont press hard, to avoid hard ladoos.
Enjoy these ladoos for one week.
