'blanch' Roasted Potatoes

Instructions

1. Boiled potatoes in water with some salt in it for 5-8 minutes or until potatoes soften.
2. In a skillet heat olive oil and add potatoes and add a seasoning of your choice. Toss it for 2-3 minutes.
3. Placce them in a baking sheet and abke for 30-40 minutes at 400 F and keep truning the sides.
4. Serve the blanched roasted potatoes.
