Beer Battered 'sole'
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine flour, paprika, pepper, salt, parsley, and baking powder. Mix them well. 
2. Set aside 2/3 cup of flour mix. Add beer to the bowl. Slowly mix well. 
3. Add egg, mix until thin. 
4. Cover, chill for an hour. 
5. On a plate, place cod haddock. 
6. Coat the fish fillet in 2/3 cup flour mix. 
7. Dip coated fillet in the bowl. Medium-high heat the skillet. 
8. Add olive oil to the skillet. 
9. Put fillet in the hot oil. 
10. Fry each side of the fillet for 2 minutes until they are golden brown. 
11. Drain the fillets on a paper. 
12. Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
