Beef Stew Pocket
Instructions
1 Chop veggies. Cube meat if not already done.
2 Heat oil and butter.
3 Coat meat in flour and season with salt and pepper.
4 Brown meat in oil/butter.
5 Add onions and garlic and keep cooking until translucent and meat is well browned on all sides.
6 Add vinegar and stir it around.
7 Add stock, bay leaf and veggies.
8 Bring to boil and then reduce to a simmer for about 1 hour.
