2 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil (240 ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 or 6 cooking apples or 4 cups chopped
Frosting:
16 oz cream cheese (227 grams)
1 stick butter (113 grams)
1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
