Adobong Sitaw

Instructions

Heat cooking oil in a wok. Pan fry pork meat until light brown.

In the same pan, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Stir well together with pork.

Place in the string beans. Season with soy sauce. Pour in water, and simmer over medium heat until string beans are half cooked. Do not over cooked string beans.

Season with vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another few minutes.

Serve with steamed rice!
